We are a tight-knit, family-based team proudly serving drivers across the South Burnett. From our friendly front office coordinators to our qualified tradespeople on the workshop floor, we work together to bring you exceptional repairs, honest advice, and warm country customer service.
The front office and management team
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by our front desk crew. Bethany Green, our Administrative Officer, manages bookings, customer requests, and Hertz rental car reservations. Beth helps to ensure our customers and happy and pleased with our work space. Tia Coughlin, our Senior Office Coordinator, oversees insurance workflows, authorisations, and quotes with expert problem-solving and customer concern. Owner and Estimator Ty Coughlin manages detailed quoting, supplementary assessments, and insurer negotiations. Jonah Price handles parts ordering, workshop deliveries, and prepares your rental car so you are never left stranded. You may seen some other friendly faces around the office.
Our skilled panel beaters and metal artisans
Our workshop floor is all about hands-on expertise and attention to detail. Mitch Burstall, our senior qualified panel beater, has been part of the Kingaroy Body Works team for more than 10 years. He’s the person we turn to for complex structural assessments, and he also mentors Ethan Burstall, our hardworking fourth-year panel beating apprentice.
Gene Ellwood is our versatile handyman and panel repairer, and he’s the go-to for trim fitments, panel clips and getting every alignment just right. Together, the team works hard to get damaged vehicles looking and performing the way they did before.

Our qualified spray painting specialists
Flawless colour matching and a factory finish are backed by our qualified spray painting manager, Jarrod Coughlin, who has been part of our crew for nearly seven years. Jarrod oversees quality control, conducts meticulous post-repair paint inspections, and trains our two ambitious 4th-year/3rd- year apprentices, Nikita Chant and Billy Poole. From minor panel blends to major insurance claim refinishing, our paint department delivers durable, mirror-smooth results every time.
