We maintain a Hertz owned fleet of 5 to 15 modern automatic vehicles on site, including compact cars, durable work utes, and multi-seat minibuses. Additional vehicle models may be arranged from Toowoomba to meet specific requirements, subject to availability.
Accident replacement & insurance hires
Stay on the road while your car is being repaired. Most major insurance providers organise Hertz hires directly through us. RACQ policyholders can also apply member discount codes. If you are insured with Allianz, ask them about hire reimbursement to collect your vehicle locally.
Commercial utes & mini buses
We support visiting crews, local projects, and regional businesses across the South Burnett. Choose from reliable Toyota Hilux utes or roomy minibuses with 5, 7, or 12 seats—ideal for moving your crew and their gear.

We make hiring a vehicle simple and transparent. Please review our operating schedule, pick-up documentation rules, and convenient after-hours drop-off procedures before collecting your keys.
Collection times & requirements
Vehicle collections take place in our office Monday to Thursday. First pick-up starts at 8:30am, morning timeslots run from 9:30am to 12:30pm, and afternoon pick-ups run from 1:30pm to 4:00pm (until 3:30pm on Thursdays). Please note our office is closed daily for lunch between 1:00pm and 1:30pm and 9am for smoko break, closed Friday through Sunday.
When collecting your car, you must present a valid driver license and a physical credit card in your name. Additional drivers are welcome provided they hold open licenses, attend in person, and complete the paperwork. Payment is confirmed directly with the Toowoomba central office before keys are handed over.
Returning your hire vehicle
All vehicles must be returned fully refueled. If returning during opening hours, our team will conduct a prompt joint condition inspection with you.
Returning outside workshop hours or over the weekend? Use our secure after-hours key drop. Located on the north side of the building, you will find a secure lock box set into the shed wall at head height, right beside the fence line with a blue security sticker underneath. Place your keys inside the provided envelope clearly marked with your return date and time to prevent additional daily charges.
